Quartzware Cleaning, Repair and Refurbish

Complex quartzware is valuable. We can inspect and verify for our customers if quartzware that has been used in processes may be refurbished and re-used. For a repeated use a cleaning has been applied or sub-components must be exchanged. In many cases quartzware can be used as new after cleaning or repair. The refurbished part can be inspected just as a new part.

Based on customer-specific application Heraeus Quarzglas develops suitable cleaning methods or evaluates a way how to refurbish a quartz component using spares or other repair methods. Our comprehensive in-house analytics helps us to support specific requirements.
